John Ewart began his career at Grubb & Ellis, now Newmark Grub Knight Frank, in 1995. Mr. Ewart specializes in the sale and leasing of office income property in the Inland Empire, Southern California Market. Mr. Ewart has extensive experience in negotiation sale and lease agreements, canvassing prospective tenants and buyers, and in researching and analyzing market conditions. Mr. Ewart is highly respected in the real estate community for his integrity, enthusiasm, reliability and competence. His success includes negotiation over 5,000 leases and over $200 Million in sales. In addition, Mr. Ewart has represented over 50 Fortune 500 companies, 10 financial institutions, and many others.
